CUSTOMER RETURN and REFUND POLICY

Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Items must be returned new, unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be provided for items that are lost in the mail and can’t be reshipped because they are out-of-stock.

Items ON SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Swimwear and underwear are not eligible for return unless they are the incorrect item, faulty or damaged. Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) or jewelry over $1,000 are not returnable unless the product is defective upon arrival.

All original product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Our designers reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements and instructions as stated on your packaging slip.

Remorse Period

Shoppers can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting Customer Service during the hours of 8am - 5pm PST. Beyond the 1 hour limit, shoppers must go through the Customer Return and Refund process, as the order has been processed to be shipped. There is no cancellation, return or refund to custom-made products.

How do I return an item(s)?

To initiate the return process: 1. Complete the Return Form 2. Follow the directions in the email you receive from customer service.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, it usually takes about five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or credit card, for your refund to process.

Returning Heavy or Bulky Items

Unless otherwise specified in the item details, heavy and bulky items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you are experiencing issues with the item received, please contact customer service at (877) 44-LAHUB or (877) 445-2482 or submit a Contact Us Form.

Exchanges

LAhub unfortunately cannot process exchanges at this time. If you are dissatisfied with an item that qualifies for a return, please follow the return instructions above, then place a new order online for an alternate product.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer pays to ship the item back to the designer. LAhub will reimburse the buyer up to $13.00 in shipping charges if, the product received is determined to be the incorrect item, damaged, or faulty.
